Every photo on this site is © Jeremey Rodriguez. A download, whether bought or free, comes with a personal-use license. Businesses can license photos for advertising and other commercial use.
Personal use: included with every download
You may print the photo for yourself or as a gift, frame and display it, use it as a wallpaper, and share it on your own personal social media and website.
A credit such as "Photo by Jeremey Rodriguez Photography" is appreciated whenever you post a photo, but not required.
You may not use the photo for a business, advertising, marketing or anything sold; sell, license or give away the file; claim it as your own work or enter it in contests; or use it to train AI models. If you're not sure whether your use is personal, just ask.
Commercial use
Advertising, marketing, a business's website or social media, products, packaging and publications need a commercial license. Email [email protected] with a link to the photo, how and where you'd like to use it, and for how long, and you'll get a quote and a written license.
Free downloads
Photos from free albums or download codes come with the same personal-use license as bought ones.
Ownership
Copyright stays with Jeremey Rodriguez. A license is permission to use the photo, not ownership of it, and it belongs to the person who got the download; it can't be passed on to someone else.
